3dimension is a software platform operated from Prizren, Kosovo. We provide restaurant website building, digital menu management and order management services. You can contact us at 3dimension.web@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following information:

• Account data: email address, full name and password (hashed) when you register.
• Restaurant data: name, description, logo, menu items, prices and photos you upload.
• Order data: customer names, phone numbers, table numbers and order contents placed through your restaurant.
• Contact messages: name, email and message content submitted through our contact form.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions performed, browser type and IP address for analytics and security.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the 3dimension platform.
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• To display your restaurant website to your customers.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates).
• To respond to your support and contact requests.
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (Europe West region). We use Row Level Security on all database tables, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and hashed passwords. Uploaded images and files are stored in Supabase Storage with public read access for your restaurant's public pages.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting and CDN.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at 3dimension.web@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last changed. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
